■Industry-leading speed By incorporating ultra-fast and high-precision servo drive functions, it achieves automatic labeling at a maximum speed of 2,500 labels per minute*. This labeler is ideal for labeling products produced in large quantities, such as large lot products or campaigns conducted for a limited time. *1 Labeling is possible at a maximum speed of 2,500 labels/min when the label size is 2mm square or 20mm. ■Long continuous operation The high line speed can lead to frequent label changes, which is a challenge for manufacturing sites. The S-51V features a dual-head design that allows for automatic switching between upstream and downstream. This enables label changes without stopping the line, allowing for long hours of continuous operation. Additionally, it comes standard with a 400mm diameter unwinder, allowing for the use of labels with a high number of sheets per roll, thereby reducing the frequency of supply changes. ■Support for variable speed lines By installing an encoder*, it becomes possible to accommodate variable speeds. *2 Encoder A device installed on the product transport drive unit to detect transport speed. ■Monthly rental options available.
